HOW IT WORKS

The Real Deal Consignment Sale supports our Youth Ministry at St. Charles United Methodist Church.  Imagine “Once Upon a Child,” “Rhea Lanas,” or “Plato’s Closet” created by your neighbors, for your neighbors, and hosted in your neighborhood.

It is a place where you can sell and shop for gently used, high quality/boutique items at a lower, affordable price. Shoppers purchase high quality pieces at budget-friendly prices. Sellers can earn a paycheck off of their gently used, outgrown items while the whole community benefits. Consigning with us offers families a sustainable way to declutter, earn money, and reduce their carbon footprint.

Consignors receive 70% of your sales, and the remaining 30% is given to our youth ministry. All gently used adult and kid’s clothing, toys, baby supplies, maternity items, and even furniture that have been inventoried, tagged, and organized by the consignor are sold under one roof! No stress about meeting up with someone that you don’t know when selling items on Facebook marketplace.  The process is simple, the drop off is easy.

Whether you’re looking for ways to expand you and your child's wardrobe, fill their toy box on a budget, or cash in on nice clothes that you and your child can no longer wear, The Real Deal is a great option to also give something back to your community.
